They have no telephone. My acct was deactivated. Order never arrived. Chat does not work. Sent several emails and never received a response. They blame their incompetence on COVID. There website has all 5 star reviews which is impossible and a red flag. Wish I read these reviews before I placed my order. Now I know how they made their billions, by stealing money from customers. READ THE REVIEWS, then leave iHerb.

I placed an order in the May and the expected delivery date was supposed to be within a week. After a few weeks went by I reached out to iHerb about the missing order. I received a generic rely along the lines of... Due to covid 19 and unprecedented customer demand... blah blah... it may take longer than usual for a response. After no response for another week + I tried contacting them via the "24/7 chat" which clearly generates answers through a feeble bot. In the meantime I noticed suspicious charges on the credit card I had used for the purchase which broke up the amount into 3 identical smaller charges. I disputed these bogus charges with my bank and they were reversed. In the meantime, not a peep from iHerb. Stay away! Total scam operation!

I ordered some products and I was told I'll receive an email with tracking number etc. I got an email that my account is inactive from today and they can't process my order at the moment, NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM. A rubbish open scam, their own website is full of 5 star rating however after they've scammed me, I started checking out some other sources and pffffffff man all internet is full of negative reviews, is there anyone to catch them? How can they play with us like this. They robbed more than thousand dollars which I earned working really hard to be honest.

In a sea of amazing websites who needs iherb?!? I could not even get past the login/create an account phase! They want your first born to even open an account. Lets get this straight, YOU will not get my phone number. Just who do you think you are and more importantly who do you think you're dealing with? I will never, ever, shop with your company. You will never get my business. If an email and address is not good enough for you, well then, you know what you can do.:)
There are too many good companies on the net who do not "require" a phone number to even contact their support! LOL I could not even contact their support because they demanded a phone number LOL! Goodbye piece of dung iherb. O. M. G. you fail and you lose.

They ask for review, can't read Arabic. Can't read to contact or give opinion. Would like to say they carry 1000 mg of cinnamon in one pill.

The website is a joke. It randomly deletes carts. Staff takes no responsibility for it. I just spent 2+ hours adding 300 dollars worth of items into my cart. Then it disappeared. I was logged in the whole time, and at one point began to see random popup errors, telling me to contact admin if that happens. As if iherb.com ever hired an admin, or knows what an admin is. If you use this crappy website, keep making screenshots every 5 minutes, or write down your products in pencil like you did in 1990. Horrible, frustrating, junky website. Large selection of products. Negative reviews are deleted 90% of the time (by their staff). None of my positive reviews were ever deleted by their staff, so take reviews with a grain of salt. There is a lot more junk on iherb.com than the reviews would suggest.

IHerb sent me expired bars with an expiration date of 4/9/21 and I received them on 4/24/21.
Never buying anything from them and they do not respond to phone calls or emails.

I am Canadian. I logged on the Canadian platform (ca. I herb.com) and prices are Canadian dollars. For the second time in a row I was surprised by UPS asking me to pay very hefty duties before delivery. That's it for me I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. I am sick and tired of these expensive unpredictable expenses. No more... unless you solve this big problem once and for all.

They stole my money and didn't deliver my shipment. They said it was lost! They didn't reimburse! They didn't respond! They carriers are the worst ever. Their communication is so poor. They basically stole my 300 dollars order and never delivered anything.

This website is the worst. Made my purchase, and inmediatly blocked my account so i cant log in, i havent heard anything from them for over a week now (10 days) and even though i try everyday i get no answer. Seriously worst service ever. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

If there's 0 star I would rate that. My order never come, check the shipment online that it never updated for 20 days, no way can reach out their customer service, never ever order from them again, SCAMMER

Our personal and business accounts have had multiple zero-dollar "test" transactions, from this company, and we have never done any kind of business with them. It appears that somebody or some software, using an account based in this company, is "spamming" credit card processors in attempts to locate valid credit cards.

I bought some items but were cancelled and when I logged in - my account was deactivated, I tried Chat and the bot attendant switched me to supposedly live attendant but got no answer with my problem. I was asked to wait for a n email 2-3 days in order for the technical people to attend to my problem.
No answer came - tried it 4 times and the same thing happened over and over...

I found out why they don't even have a valid number! And why they can't handle the truth! So sad!I have been a customer of iherb for years! Til now!- but never again! After they became a Fraud! Bye
